We offer a network of homes built to serve adults who need safe, stable housing. Whether it’s older adults seeking a high-quality private room with supportive care, or individuals on disability income or parole who need affordable shared housing—we provide options that respect dignity and independence. Even if our homes are at capacity, our placement team can quickly connect you with a home through our trusted partner network, ensuring that no one is left without a safe, suitable place to go and a clear next step forward.

Seniors (60+)

who are being discharged from hospitals, nursing homes, or rehabilitation centers and need a safe, stable home environment without medical oversight.

Re-Entries

Parolees and justice-involved individuals who are aging out of prison, parole programs, or halfway houses and need a structured place to rebuild stability. We even have places for people with SO charges.

Physically and Mentally Disabled

Adults discharged from shelters, retirement centers, and other transitional programs that may be IDD or have other mental disabilities but are still semi-independent.
